Shipping Policy.   Return & Exchange Policy

We use top courier services in India to ship your products. Highest quality packing standards to make sure you get the product intact condition. 

  • COD - For Cash on delivery orders , customers will have to pay booking amount in advance. Usually Rs. 500 to Rs. 1000/- This amount will be non-refundable and will be adjusted in order value and balance amount will be done COD.  In case customer does not accept the parcel and its returned back to sender the booking amount will NOT be refunded.  
  • Booking amount in COD orders is to prevent fake orders and help us serve genuine customers. Also it covers for our shipping and handling costs in case of RTO.
  • We usually like to ship as fast as possible.  So most of the orders are packed and shipped same day if received before Noon
  • Your delivery time depends on your city. Tier 1 cities will get in 3 days , Tier 2  within 2-5 days and Tier 3 between 3-6 days.  These are only ballpark estimates. Actual time maybe faster or slower.

  • Shipping cost for most products are free unless mentioned on the products page. 

  • Customer must retain shipping boxes in case there is a return , you should send in original box.

  • Unpacking video must be taken before opening the parcel. 

Returns accepted within 10 days or less as mentioned on products page. 

  • Ensure product is unused and in sell-able condition

  • Ensure original packing is retained and send in same packing

  • You can send by nearest courier service or use India Post.

  • Please take Video of unpacking and packing so that in case there is a transport damage you have valid proof. 

We will send the Exchange or Refund once we receive the product back. 

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 1 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 1 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 5 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging
  • When purchasing electronic items like mobile phones, laptops, tablets etc. the warranty sticker must be kept intact, else return will not be valid.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
